New from the NRHA – Online Show Approvals

Oklahoma City, OK – July 27, 2007 – The National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) breaks new ground by offering NRHA show secretaries the ability to submit Show Approval forms online! The NRHA is one of the few equine associations in the world to make this convenient new service available to its members.

There are many benefits to offering show approval forms online. It makes the transfer of information faster, more accurate and easily accessible. NRHA Executive Director Dan Wall predicts this new move will tremendously improve communications between the NRHA and its members. “We are excited to offer this service to our membership and especially our show secretaries around the world. Sending forms through the postal service in today’s world is becoming more and more impractical. Being able to submit them online will be a better means of communication for all of us.” said Wall.

Here’s how it works: Go to the NRHA website at www.nrha.com and click on “NRHA”. Click on the “Forms & Documents” section on the drop down menu. Scroll down to the Show Department and you’ll see the new online show approval form. Once the form is filled out, the person who submits it will receive an email confirmation. Then, when the Show Department has approved the event, it will be listed on the “Approved Shows” section of the website.

Show secretaries should keep in mind that submitting the information online does not mean that their show will automatically appear in the “Approved Shows” section of the website. The show department still has to review and approve the information. What you won’t have to wait for anymore is the delay it takes for the show approval form to be delivered through the mail service and you will save the postage as well.
