Did You Know?

Did you know that you can keep up to date with National Reining Horse Association news by checking the NRHA Website periodically? And if you miss a few days, or weeks, you can check the Media / News link under NRHA Information for archived press releases. Did you know that you can go to the Affiliate Listing on the NRHA Website and access an affiliate’s website to learn more about their activities? Did you know that a list of scheduled NRHA approved shows is as close as clicking on the Event Calendar under NRHA Reining? Be sure and navigate through www.nrha.com to see what else you can find. Now you know.

2005 Membership Renewals

The NRHA office is in the process of sending out second membership renewal notices, so if you haven’t renewed for 2005, you should receive a renewal notice in the mail or via email very soon. Keep in mind that NRHA memberships are renewed on a calendar year basis. For example, if you renewed your membership on 2/28/05 it will still expire on December 31, 2005.

Don’t Forget That US Funds Notation

We are still receiving checks from countries outside the United States which do not contain the notation “US Funds”. Our bank clears these checks at the amount of the current exchange rate between the US and your country. When this happens, NRHA then has to bill the deficiency back to the issuer of the check. To make a long story short, if you reside outside the US, and you issue a check to NRHA, please enter the phrase “US Funds” on the face of your check. Thanks for your help with this.
